Is there a pay in instalment option?
All the prints have an instalment option for specific countries and you can pay in multiple instalments. You will receive the print in the regular shipping time itself. Enter your shipping address to see if instalment options are available for your country.
How long will my print take to arrive?
Please allow at least 4 weeks for your order to be dispatched. However, majority of the orders will be dispatched within a few days. You will also receive a tracking information once your order has been dispatched. All orders are sent via a tracked door to door shipping service.
How will my prints be packaged?
All the prints are sent in a tube or flat packaging depending on the size of the print.
This ensures that the prints arrive safely without any damage.
What is the quality of these prints?
My fine art prints are giclée archival quality prints that are printed on Hahnemuehle German Etched Fine Art paper using processes that captures the maximum details and colour match to the original.
The prints are amazing and holds the highest details of the original painting.
What is the returns policy?
All the prints are made to order and thus we cannot accept returns.
What if my print is damaged in transit?
If the prints are damaged in transit, I will send you a replacement. I will ask for images or video proof of the damage so that I can forward the same to the shipping service to cover the insurance.
